Our online banking service provides up-to-date account information and balances via the Internet at www.heritagebank-ky.com. You can easily set up vendors for electronic payments online. It may take up to five business days for payments to be received. Our site is fast, secure and user-friendly. You can transfer funds from one Heritage Bank account to another, print current statements, get current deposit rates, order checks, make payments on Heritage Bank loans and use other helpful tools to make life much easier.
HERITAGE BANK BILL PAY IS CHANGING!
We are teaming up with CheckFree RXP to offer enhanced bill pay features! The new bill pay system will be available on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
To assist you during the conversion process, please be aware of the following:
NEW ENROLLEES: Heritage Bank will not be able to accept any new bill pay enrollees beginning Monday, April 18, 2016, through Tuesday May 10, 2016. Please visit our website again beginning Wednesday, May 11, 2016, to enroll in the new program!
CURRENT ENROLLEES: If you are currently using Heritage Bank Bill Pay, you will not be able to access your account via online banking beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 9, 2016. You will be able to log in again after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Watch your mailbox for detailed information about the conversion.
Heritage Advantage Line (HAL)
The upgraded HAL telephone banking service means menu items have changed. When calling for the first time after Monday, April 14, 2014 at 9:00 AM, please use the last four digits of your Social Security number to enroll. You may change your password at that time.
HAL is an automated voice response system that provides access to your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Log on to a secure website to view your accounts, including scanned copies of checks and deposits. No more waiting for postal delivery or storing paper statements. Your history begins with your first electronic statement and stores up to 18 months of history online.
For security reasons you will have three attempts to log on. After three unsuccessful attempts you will be locked out of the Internet banking site. To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
