To enroll, visit our website at www.heritagebank-ky.com and click on First Time Users. This will take you to the Online Banking Disclosure page. Please click on "Accept" and you will be directed to the Online Banking page to begin enrollment.

Our online banking service provides up-to-date account information and balances via the Internet at www.heritagebank-ky.com.  You can easily set up vendors for electronic payments online.  It may take up to five business days for payments to be received.  Our site is fast, secure and user-friendly. You can transfer funds from one Heritage Bank account to another, print current statements, get current deposit rates, order checks, make payments on Heritage Bank loans and use other helpful tools to make life much easier.

Bill Pay

Through our website at www.heritagebank-ky.com, you can easily set up vendors for electronic payments online. It is fast, safe and secure. Depending on the vendor, it may take up to three to five business days for payment to be received.  Some vendors do not accept electronic payments and may require paper checks, which may take seven to ten business days for delivery.  For timely payment, it is recommended that you allow up to two weeks for all BillPay transactions.

Heritage Advantage Line (HAL)

The upgraded HAL telephone banking service means menu items have changed. When calling for the first time after Monday, April 14, 2014 at 9:00 AM, please use the last four digits of your Social Security number to enroll. You may change your password at that time.  

HAL is an automated voice response system that provides access to your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


Log on to a secure website to view your accounts, including scanned copies of checks and deposits.  No more waiting for postal delivery or storing paper statements.  Your history begins with your first electronic statement and stores up to 18 months of history online.

Trouble Logging In?

For security reasons you will have three attempts to log on. After three unsuccessful attempts you will be locked out of the Internet banking site.  To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
