HELPFUL HINTS……………..
You need a touch-tone phone.
Have your account number ready.
When using the system for the first time, use the last four digits of the
Social Security Number of the first named person on the account as your
Personal Identification Number (PIN) . You need to set up a PIN number for
each of your accounts. The same number may be used for all your accounts. In
choosing your PIN use any 4 digits or letters with the exception of your SSN.
The system will guide you through the process of selecting a PIN for future
use. Do not give anyone your number or write it where it could be discovered
by others.
Once you learn the system, you can advance to the next step without
listening to the full recording. To speak to a customer service
representative during regular business hours, enter “0” at any time during
your call and you will be transferred. If you prefer to speak to someone at
a specific office the phone numbers and office locations can be found on
the locations page. |
